Rollee Connect Flutter SDK published on pub.dev (v2.0.1)
Typed integration surface for host applications
Documented authentication and data flow
The problem
Employment and income verification is sensitive, multi-step, and easy to integrate badly. A host application needs a clear session model, typed results, and predictable failure states without coupling its codebase to Rollee's internal API.
The SDK is the boundary between those concerns.
What I built
I worked on the Flutter SDK during the 2023 engagement. The package is public on pub.dev, currently at v2.0.1; later versions may include work by the Rollee team.
- Flutter package with a small public integration API
- Typed request and response models
- Authentication and session flow
- Error states a host app can present
- Integration documentation and examples
Engineering decisions
The SDK hides transport and internal endpoint shape while keeping the data typed for the host app. The public surface is intentionally narrow: initialize, authenticate, request, and handle a typed result.
For fintech integrations, the failure path matters as much as the happy path. Network errors, expired sessions, and incomplete profiles need distinct, safe outcomes rather than a generic exception.
Scope and confidentiality
This page describes the public package and my stated engagement. It does not disclose Rollee's internal API, customer data, security implementation, or proprietary business logic. The public package and the company site are the supporting evidence.
