I am Mohamed Anas Fikhi. I work directly with the people who own the problem, from the first conversation through delivery.

I am an independent software engineer and product builder based in Casablanca. I help startups and businesses turn ideas, technical challenges, and unfinished products into reliable, production-ready software. My work spans product engineering, integrations, AI features, and existing products, with Flutter, Dart, backend systems, APIs, and developer tooling as specializations.

Claims should point to something: a running product, a public package, a repository, a metric with a date.

Small systems, owned end to end

Architecture earns its complexity. I prefer the smallest system that solves the problem and can be operated after handover.

Direct communication

Clear scope, honest trade-offs, and early bad news. You should always know what is working, what is not, and what happens next.
